Low Carb Chips

Ingredients

  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/2 c. cheese shredded
  • to taste seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a mini muffin tin generously. Whisk egg whites. Add seasonings. Add 1/2 T. egg into each tin cup. Top with a pinch of cheese. Bake 10-20 minutes. Eat immediately, once cooled.
