Low-Carb Biscuits
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Almond Flour
- 1 tbsp Baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp Onion powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 large Eggs
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 4 tbsp Butter, melted
- 1/2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 400F. Prepare a parchment paper-lined baking sheet or spray the cups of a 12-cup muffin pan with cooking spray.
- 2. In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, baking powder, garlic, onion powder and salt.
- 3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, sour cream and melted butter.
- 4. Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and stir until combined. Add the shredded cheese and mix until combined.
- 5. Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the baking sheet or spoon the batter equally among the muffin pan cups.
- Note: Coat the spoon with cooking spray, so the batter will slide off easily.
- 6. Bake for 10-13 min, until the tops start to brown.
