Overnight oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk
  • 2 tbsp pbfit
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 3/4 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries or raspberries or blackberries

Instructions

  1. •Mix all liquid ingredients in Mason jar.
  2. •mix in pbfit, stir until dissolved
  3. •mix in chia seeds until spread out.
  4. •mix in rolled oats until saturated
  5. •mix in fruit until spread throughout.
  6. •refrigerate for minimum of 6hrs
