Overnight oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Almond Milk
- 2 tbsp pbfit
- 1 tbsp water
- 3/4 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries or raspberries or blackberries
Instructions
- •Mix all liquid ingredients in Mason jar.
- •mix in pbfit, stir until dissolved
- •mix in chia seeds until spread out.
- •mix in rolled oats until saturated
- •mix in fruit until spread throughout.
- •refrigerate for minimum of 6hrs
