Whole Foods- Overnight Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rolled oats (not instant or quick cook)
  • 2 cups Lowfat milk or milk subsitute
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 Appricots (or other fruit)
  • 1/3 cup Nuts
  • 2 tablespoons Agave nectar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine oats, milk, lemon zest and vanilla in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, stir in pine nuts, apricots and agave nectar.
