Whole Foods- Overnight Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 2 cups Rolled oats (not instant or quick cook)
- 2 cups Lowfat milk or milk subsitute
- 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 Appricots (or other fruit)
- 1/3 cup Nuts
- 2 tablespoons Agave nectar (optional)
Instructions
- Combine oats, milk, lemon zest and vanilla in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, stir in pine nuts, apricots and agave nectar.
