Low carb Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds Ground beef
  • 15 Ounces Tomato sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt and pepper
  • 15 Ounces Ricotta cheese
  • 5 Cups Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Egg

Instructions

  1. Cheese filling is Ricotta cheese
  2. Mozzarella cheese
  3. Egg
  4. Garlic seasoning
  5. Directions:
  6. Brown ground beef
  7. Add tomato sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  8. In separate bowl: mix cheese filling ingredients with half mozzarella cheese.
  9. In 9x13 pour all meat mixture in bottom and cheese mixture on top.
  10. Cover with rest of mozzarella.
  11. Bake for 45 minute or until top is golden.
  12. Allow to cool for 10 minute to make it easier to slice.
