Low carb Lasagna
Ingredients
- 2 Pounds Ground beef
- 15 Ounces Tomato sauce
- 2 teaspoons Garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt and pepper
- 15 Ounces Ricotta cheese
- 5 Cups Mozzarella cheese
- 1 Egg
Instructions
- Cheese filling is Ricotta cheese
- Mozzarella cheese
- Egg
- Garlic seasoning
- Directions:
- Brown ground beef
- Add tomato sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- In separate bowl: mix cheese filling ingredients with half mozzarella cheese.
- In 9x13 pour all meat mixture in bottom and cheese mixture on top.
- Cover with rest of mozzarella.
- Bake for 45 minute or until top is golden.
- Allow to cool for 10 minute to make it easier to slice.
