Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 6 slices fresh white bread cubed
- 1-1/2 lb sausage brown and drain well
- 4 Eggs
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Use 3 quart casserole dish - buttered. Layer in order: bread, sausage and cheese. Beat remaining ingredients, pour mixture over layers. Refrigerate overnight then bake 1 hour at 325.
