PB&J Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Oats (old fashioned)
  • 1 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp jam/jelly
  • 1/2 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 tsp ancho chili powder

Instructions

  1. Add oats, almond milk, jam, peanut butter, cinnamon, chili powder, honey and chia seeds to a glass bowl or large glass jar. Mix well with a spoon. Cover with lid or plastic saran wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Remove from the fridge, add preferred toppings such as nuts and fresh fruit. Eat as is or allow to warm to room temperature.
