Low Carb Flax Flat Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups flax seed meal
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 teaspoons Splenda sugar substitute
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 teaspoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Combine dry ingredients and mix with fork or whisk.
  3. Make a well in the center and add wet ingredients.
  4. Mix, making sure eggs integrate well.
  5. Let sit for five minutes.
  6. Spread on greased cookie sheet or silicone mat to desired thickness, I like it to be about 9 x 10 inches.
  7. Bake 10-15 minute.
