Make-ahead Breakfast Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 large Eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon margarine
  • 4 ounces sour cream
  • 6 slices bacon fried and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheese

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs; stir in milk, salt and pepper. In skillet, melt margarine and pour in egg mixture. Cook until set but still moist. Cool, and stir in sour cream.
  2. Put mixture into a buttered shallow baking pan. Top with crumbled bacon and shredded cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. The next morning: Bake at 300 degrees (F) for 15 to 20 minutes
