Breakfast Granola

Ingredients

  • 400 grams buckwheat pearls
  • 150 gram rolled oats
  • 100 grams oat bran
  • 100 grams goji berries
  • 5 tbs chia seeds
  • 100 grams sunflower seeds
  • 100 grams pumkin seeds
  • 4 tbs sesame seeds
  • 2 tbs cinnamon
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • 5 tbs maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat or oven to 180C
  2. Except goji berries and coconut flakes, mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Add maple syrup(you can add 1-2tbs more if it’s needed), mix until it looks like a crumble.
  4. Spread this mixture on a tray lined with a baking paper. Bake it for 15 minutes, mix after every 5 minutes to bake even.
  5. Add coconut flakes on top and bake until coconut is golden color.
  6. Leave it to cool down. Add goji berries and mix it.
  7. Eat this granola with 1 cup mix berries+1/2 banana+low fat organic yogurt+Acai berry powder+Maca powder
