Breakfast Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls (try reduced fat)
  • 8 oz. smoked ham chopped
  • 6 eggs; or 1 1/2 cups Egg Beaters
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Unroll dough into a 13x9-inch baking dish. Press to cover bottom of dish,
  2. firmly pressing seams together to seal.
  3. Sprinkle ham over crust. Beat eggs, milk, and pepper with a whisk until
  4. blended. Pour egg mixture over ham, then top with cheeses.
  5. Bake 25 minutes or until center is set.
