Low Carb Meatloaf
Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup medium white onion
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup rao’s marinara sauce
- 2 extra large eggs
- 1/4 cup progresso Italian style breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup flat-leaf Italian parsley
- 1 tablespoon oregano
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1/4 tablespoon fresh ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons reduced sugar ketchup
Instructions
- Mix it all together and bake in a 374 degree oven for 1 hour or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.
