Egg White Veggie Omelet with Banana Honey Toast

Ingredients

  • .5 cups Egg white
  • .25 whole onion diced
  • .25 whole Bell pepper diced
  • 2 whole mushroom diced
  • .5 ounce Cheddar cheese grated
  • 2 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 3 dash Black pepper
  • Banana Honey Toast
  • 1 slice Orowheat OatNut Bread
  • 1 whole Bananas
  • 2 teaspoon Honey

Instructions

  1. For omelet:
  2. Heat up non-stick pan.
  3. Pour liquid egg whites into pan.
  4. Let eggs sit for 1-2 mins and then add veggies and spices.
  5. Add grated cheese on top of veggies.
  6. Fold eggs and veggies in half to make an omelet.
  7. For toast:
  8. Slice up banana into discs.
  9. Place banana discs onto bread. Leave discs that do not fit on plate as garnish.
  10. Toast bread with banana discs.
  11. Drizzle with honey.
  12. Plate everything & enjoy!
