Egg Roll in a Bowl [LOW CARB]
Ingredients
- 1/2 Onion Chopped
- 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
- 1 Pound Lean Ground Turkey
- 1 Red Bell Pepper Chopped
- 1 Cup Mushrooms Sliced
- 1 Bag Coleslaw Mix
- 2 Green Onions Sliced Thin
- 1 Tablespoon Sesame Seeds Lightly toasted
- 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Braggs Liquid Aminos
- 1 Tablespoon Rice Vinegar
Instructions
- Heat a large pan over medium heat with a little bit of olive oil.
- Add the onion and cook until almost tender, add garlic and cook for a minute more.
- Add turkey and cook until meat is done - then take contents of pan and dump it into a colander in the sink.
- Let it sit there and return pan to stove.
- Add red pepper and mushrooms and sauté until almost tender, then dump in bag of coleslaw.
- Add in sesame oil, aminos and vinegar to taste.
- Cook until cabbage is tender and then add the turkey mixture back in.
- Top with sesame seeds and green onions.
