Ingredients

  • 2 small Eggs or
  • 8 medium quail eggs or
  • 1 small duck egg
  • 1 small Apple or
  • 1/2 medium Bananas or
  • 1 small pear
  • 1/2 cup oat flour or
  • 1/2 cup wholemeal flour or
  • 1/2 cup qunioa flour

Instructions

  1. Blend ingredients with some
  2. water, until smooth. Fry
  3. spoonfuls of the batter until
  4. golden brown on both sides.
  5. Enjoy!
