Waffles - Basic, low-carb
Ingredients
- 6 ounces Cream cheese softened
- 5 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Whey protein powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Cream of tartar
- 1 1/4 cup Whole almond meal
- 1/4 cup Whey protein powder
- 1/4 cup Heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla

- NOTE: recipe calls for 1/2 whey protein powder. Original 1/4 caup was to have been soy protein powder.

- In an electric mixer, food processor, or by hand, beat the cream cheese and two eggs until smooth, thick and fluffy. Add the remaining three eggs, one at a time, beating briefly after each addition. Stir
