Waffles - Basic, low-carb

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces Cream cheese softened
  • 5 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Whey protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cream of tartar
  • 1 1/4 cup Whole almond meal
  • 1/4 cup Whey protein powder
  • 1/4 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla

Instructions

  1. NOTE: recipe calls for 1/2 whey protein powder. Original 1/4 caup was to have been soy protein powder.
