Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Steel-Cut Oats
- 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp peanut butter powder
- 18 gram Chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 scoop protein powder
- 120 ml Milk
- 1/3 Bananas chopped
- 1 dollop sugar free chocolate syrup
