French Toast Eggs, low carb
Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- cinnamon, salt, splenda
Instructions
- In a bowl, scramble 3-4 eggs with some cinnamon and rock salt. If you like spicy eggs feel free to add garlic pepper and cayenne to taste.
- Warm 2Tbl of natty peanut butter in the pan as the oil. Then pour the egg mix into the pan and scramble it all together, making sure to mix frequently so the peanut butter blends with the eggs.
- Once you’re done scramblin’ top with a bit more cinnamon and splenda to taste.
