Low Carb Salmon Au Gratin

Ingredients

  • 3 ounces low-fat cream cheese
  • 1 (3 ounce) package star kist canned salmon
  • 1 tablespoon green onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Smart Balance butter spread
  • 1 dash garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Put cream cheese and margarine in glass bowl and put in microwave about 30-40 seconds to soften.
  2. Add salmon, green onions, garlic powder, salt & pepper.
  3. Mix these ingredients well.
  4. Pour mixture into a ramikin sprayed with vegetable spray.
  5. Top with Cheese.
  6. Bake at 350 about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the ingredients are bubbly.
