Grandmas Breakfast Fruit
Ingredients
- 1 Orange; peeled and sectioned
- 1/2 c Sugar
- 3/4 c Raisins
- 1/2 ts Cinnamon
- 1/2 c Pitted prunes
- 2 tb Cornstarch
- 3 lg Cooking apples; peeled and
- 3 c Plus 3 tablespoons water;
Instructions
- Taste of Home Low fat Country Cooking In a saucepan, combine apples, prunes, raisins, orange and 3 cups water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in sugar and cinnamon. Combine cornstarch and remaining water; stir into saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook 2 minutes. Chill 8 servings. 174 cal.
