Berry breakfast smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Baby spinach
  • 1 Carrot
  • 2 Tbs Ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 Cup Almonds
  • 1 Small apple
  • 1/2 Cup Berry juice
  • 1/2 Cup Low fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen mixed berries

Instructions

  1. Throw in blender all but yogurt. Blend thoroughly. Add yogurt and blend a few more seconds.
