- 1 Cup Instant Oatmeal Original / plain
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup brown rice
- 1 cup quinoa
- 1 slice ezekiel toast toasted
- 1 whole apple
- 1 cup strawberry
- 1 whole Orange
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1 cup Raspberries
- 1 cup watermelon
- 1 whole grapefruit
- 1 whole pear
- 1 whole Red Plum
Instructions
- Eat 1 cup grains
- 1 piece fruit
- IE -
- - Oatmeal with cut up apple, dash of cinnamon, and drop or two of vanilla
- - Cup of rice with pineapple
- - Ezekiel Toast w/ Fruit on top
