Breakfast – Cottage Cheese Pancakes with Berries

Ingredients

  • 7 ounces cottage cheese
  • 4 whole eggs

  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons ground Psyllium husk powder
  • 2 ounces butter or coconut oil
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
