Low Carb Microwave Italian Flax Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 4 tablespoons Flax seed meal Golden
  • 1 cup Colby Jack cheese Shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Splenda
  • 2 each Egg
  • 1 dash Dill weed
  • 1 Dash Dried rosemary
  • 1 Dash Dried oregano

Instructions

  1. 1. Melt butter in a microwave safe loaf pan. (I use a pan that is approximately 5 inches by 9 inches). 2. Add all remaining ingredients, stir well, and even out in the pan. 3. Microwave for 3 minutes 30 seconds or until firm throughout. (Microwave times vary, and you may have to adjust up or down slightly.) 4. Remove from pan to cool. The “bread” should be firm throughout and have no runny areas. It should just fall right out of the pan. Slice into sandwich slices, or eat warm as a great healthy snack.
