Morning Lift-Off

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ts Egg substitute or 1 egg
  • 1/2 c Cooked oatmeal
  • 3 sm Bananas
  • 2 c Orange juice,fresh-squeezed
  • 1/4 c Firm tofu
  • Plus 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tb Honey
  • 1/4 c Grape nuts cereal*

Instructions

  1. * In place of Grape Nuts, use brown rice cereal, oats, shredded wheat, or any other favorite grain cereal. Place all ingredients in a blender and Mix on medium speed for 1 minutes.
