Low Carb Breakfast Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 Large green bell pepper chopped
  • 1 Large red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 + 1/2 Tsp Olive oil
  • 12 Links Turkey Sausage Cooked
  • 1/2 Cup Low fat mozzarella Grated

Instructions

  1. Pre heat oven to 450.
  2. Cut up the bell peppers into bite size pieces. Toss with olive oil and roast in oven for 20 min.
  3. Cut sausage into bite sized pieces.
  4. After the peppers have roasted, toss withe the sausage and cook 5 more minutes.
  5. Turn the oven to broil and sprinkle on the cheese. Broil until cheese is melted
