Low Carb Breakfast Bake
Ingredients
- 1 Large green bell pepper chopped
- 1 Large red bell pepper chopped
- 1 + 1/2 Tsp Olive oil
- 12 Links Turkey Sausage Cooked
- 1/2 Cup Low fat mozzarella Grated
Instructions
- Pre heat oven to 450.
- Cut up the bell peppers into bite size pieces. Toss with olive oil and roast in oven for 20 min.
- Cut sausage into bite sized pieces.
- After the peppers have roasted, toss withe the sausage and cook 5 more minutes.
- Turn the oven to broil and sprinkle on the cheese. Broil until cheese is melted
