Overnight Oats with strawberries, blueberries and almonds

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Oats
  • 1/3 cup Vanilla rice milk
  • 2 tablespoons Fat free fromage frais
  • 1 large Strawberry
  • 8 Blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon Almond butter
  • 6 whole Almonds

Instructions

  1. Layer the ingredients in a jar or glass in the following order:
  2. 1. Oats
  3. 2. Rice milk
  4. 3. Fromage frais
  5. 4. Strawberries and blueberries
  6. 5. Almond butter
  7. 6. Almonds
  8. Cover or seal and leave in the refrigerator overnight as you sleep.
  9. Can microwave for 20 seconds to take the chill off or just eat cold straight from the jar.
