Overnight Oats with strawberries, blueberries and almonds
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Oats
- 1/3 cup Vanilla rice milk
- 2 tablespoons Fat free fromage frais
- 1 large Strawberry
- 8 Blueberries
- 1 teaspoon Almond butter
- 6 whole Almonds
Instructions
- Layer the ingredients in a jar or glass in the following order:
- 1. Oats
- 2. Rice milk
- 3. Fromage frais
- 4. Strawberries and blueberries
- 5. Almond butter
- 6. Almonds
- Cover or seal and leave in the refrigerator overnight as you sleep.
- Can microwave for 20 seconds to take the chill off or just eat cold straight from the jar.
