Banana Carob Breakfast Shake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Ready to Eat Banana
  • 1/2 cup Vanilla or Plain Yogurt
  • 1 cup Vanilla or Plain Soy Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Carob Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Flax seeds

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients into a blender and blend well. Yields 2 Cups.
