Banana Carob Breakfast Shake
Ingredients
- 1/2 Ready to Eat Banana
- 1/2 cup Vanilla or Plain Yogurt
- 1 cup Vanilla or Plain Soy Milk
- 1 tablespoon Carob Powder
- 1 tablespoon Flax seeds
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients into a blender and blend well. Yields 2 Cups.
