Breakfast Garbage Bowl (Healthy)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup quinoa
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup Strawberries chopped
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • Honey
  • 1/4 cup dried fruit of choice (raisins, craisins, cherries, etc)
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter optional

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook quinoa on stovetop with water according to package directions. I prefer cooking mine the night before because this bowl is best when the quinoa is cold.
  2. 2. Garbage bowl mix in the rest of the toppings.
