Keto Low Carb Classic Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 pound Ground pork
  • 1 cup Almonds Almond Flour
  • 2 each Eggs
  • .5 cup Green pepper chopped
  • .25 cup Ketchup sugar free
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic
  • 1 cup Finely chopped onions

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, pork, almond flour, eggs, onion, green pepper, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire, salt and pepper. Mix until evenly incorporated.
  3. 3. Transfer mixture into a 9x5 loaf pan. Use a spatula to smooth out the top.
  4. 4. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 1 hour or until 160 internal temperature.
  5. 5. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
