Low Carb Gluten Free Cheesy Bread Sticks

Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower washed, dried, 4 cups chopped
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp. Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup Mozzarella grated
  • Marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450.
  2. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  3. Cut cauliflower into bite-size pieces and steam until just tender.
  4. Place cauliflower in food processor and pulse until the size of rice. Pour riced cauliflower into large bowl and add Parmesan cheese, egg whites, and seasonings. Mix well then spread mixture onto baking sheet in a rectangular 8x12 shape.Bake for 30 minutes until browned on top.
  5. Invert into the other baking sheet with parchment paper and bake for another 10 minutes until browned.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella over the top and broil for 1 minute until cheese melts.
  7. Let rest 10 minutes.
  8. Slice into 24 pieces and serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
