Egg Drop Soup Easy and Low Carb!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- .5 teaspoon Soy sauce
- .25 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1 each Egg Beaten
- 1 each Green onion chopped
Instructions
- 1. In a small saucepan, bring the chicken broth, soy sauce, and sesame oil to a boil.
- 2. Stir gently while you slowly pour in the beaten egg. Continue to boil for one minute while stirring.
- 3. Serve with a sprinkling of chopped green onion, however much you like. You may season with salt and pepper to taste
