Egg Drop Soup Easy and Low Carb!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • .5 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • .25 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 each Egg Beaten
  • 1 each Green onion chopped

Instructions

  1. 1. In a small saucepan, bring the chicken broth, soy sauce, and sesame oil to a boil.
  2. 2. Stir gently while you slowly pour in the beaten egg. Continue to boil for one minute while stirring.
  3. 3. Serve with a sprinkling of chopped green onion, however much you like. You may season with salt and pepper to taste
