Oatmeal Breakfast Bars

Ingredients

  • 6 c. dry oats (old-fashioned or quick cooking)
  • 2 1/4 c. flour
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 t. cinnamon
  • 3/4 t. salt
  • 2 c. apple sauce
  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 c. Chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. 1. Dump all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
  2. 2. Stir, by hand, just until completely moistened and combined.
  3. 3. Press into a greased 13?9 casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting into individual bars.
