Cheesecake Low Carb
Ingredients
- 3 (8 ounce) boxes Cream cheese Room temperature
- 3 large Eggs
- 1 Cup Swerve
- 1 TBSP Vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 Cup Sour cream
- 1/3 Cup Heavy whipping cream
Instructions
- Mix together room temperature cream cheese, Splenda, HWC, sour cream and vanilla extract.
- Add eggs and beat until creamy.
- Pour into greased pie pan.
- Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees or until cracked and golden brown.
