Even Lower Cholesterol Oat-Bran Muffins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c Brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 c Low-fat milk
  • 1 tb Baking Powder
  • 2 tb Vegetable oil
  • 2 Egg whites
  • 2 1/2 c Oat bran
  • 2 bananas Mashed
  • 1/2 c Walnuts chopped

Instructions
