Overnight Oats with Kefir, Berries, and Toasted Coconut

Ingredients

  • 1 ⅓ cups plain low-fat kefir (such as Lifeway)
  • ⅔ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup sliced strawberries
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes, toasted

Instructions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight; stir. Divide oat mixture between 2 bowls. Top servings evenly with berries and coconut.
