Almond Flour Pancakes Low Carb
Ingredients
- 4 each Eggs
- 4 ounces Cream cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 dash Cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon Splenda
- 3/4 cup Almonds Fine almond flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
Instructions
- 1. Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well.
- 2. If desired, add any mix-ins to batter.
- 3. Add about 1/2 cup batter into a lightly greased non stick pan and cook until lightly brown on both sides.
