Chocolate Low-Carb Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups chocolate protein powder
  • 3 tablespoons soy flour
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup vanilla-flavored soymilk (or skim milk if you prefer)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons Splenda sugar substitute
  • 1/2 cup walnuts or 1/2 cup almonds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt butter and cream cheese in microwave Add Splenda and stir until smooth Mix in remaining ingredients Add nuts, if using. Bake at 325 for 9-11 minutes.
