Low Carb Tortillas
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon psyllium husks
- 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
- 6 tablespoons almond flour
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 cup warm water
Instructions
- Grind psyllium and chia seeds in spice grinder to a fine powder.
- Combine ground seeds and salt in a small bowl. Add water and mix to form a dough.
- Divide dough into two disks.
- Roll each piece of dough between two pieces of parchment to form a 4-5 inch circle.
- Preheat a cast iron skillet over high heat and brush with avocado oil. Cook tortillas one at a time for 2-3 minutes per side.
