Low Carb Tortillas

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon psyllium husks
  • 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 6 tablespoons almond flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup warm water

Instructions

  1. Grind psyllium and chia seeds in spice grinder to a fine powder.
  2. Combine ground seeds and salt in a small bowl. Add water and mix to form a dough.
  3. Divide dough into two disks.
  4. Roll each piece of dough between two pieces of parchment to form a 4-5 inch circle.
  5. Preheat a cast iron skillet over high heat and brush with avocado oil. Cook tortillas one at a time for 2-3 minutes per side.
