Low Carb Cheddar Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Flax Seed Meal
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 packet splenda
  • 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Butter melted

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in 15 oz oval ramekin or flat bowl. Add & mix egg, flax meal, baking powder & splenda. Add cheddar cheese and mix. Put in microwave 1 minute, flip bread over and microwave another 10 seconds if no done in middle. Makes one slice of bread. Cut in half, top half with desired sandwich filling. Suggestions: mayo or cream cheese, turkey, lettuce, tomato, etc. Then top with other half of bread. Serves one.
